Since the beginning of 2017, Polished Nail Studio has grown to be one of the most prominent and only nail spots in Cayucos, guaranteeing quality and professionalism to all of our customers. Because of that, it is important to have a clear policy agreement to help to ensure your appointments and important time.

At Polished Nail Studio, we ask for 50% upfront deposit, through our online payment page after booking your appointment. That deposit will be taken off your total at your appointment. If you decide to cancel your appointment in 24 hours of booking, your money will be returned. However, if you do not show up for your assigned appointment time, the deposit will be kept for our time. 

Deposits will be paid online, and your totals can be paid in cash or card in person. 

On your booking page, a required field for deposit amount will be prompted to insure your understanding for the amount to be paid to the paypal account :
